Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask us most — minimums, samples, private label, quality, payment and shipping.

Ordering & Minimums

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no single number — minimums depend on the product, materials and level of customization. Catalogue products generally carry lower minimums than fully custom developments. Tell us what you need and your target quantities, and we'll tell you honestly what works and where the price breaks sit.

Do you sell to individuals?

We are a B2B manufacturer supplying businesses, brands, forces and distributors, so we don't operate a retail webshop. Trial orders for businesses evaluating us as a supplier are very welcome.

How do I get a price?

Add catalogue products to the inquiry basket and send it, or contact us with your specification and quantities. Every quotation is prepared for your specific product, quantity and destination.

Can I combine different products and sizes in one order?

Yes. Mixed styles ship together in one consignment, and we pack size-ratio cartons to your ratio — for example S:M:L:XL at 1:2:2:1.

Samples

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Yes — we strongly encourage it. Bulk production only ever runs against a sample you have approved. Any sampling costs and courier arrangements are agreed up front in your quotation.

How long does sampling take?

It depends on the complexity of the product and whether materials need to be sourced. The timeline is confirmed with your quotation, and revisions are made until you sign the sample off.

Can you reproduce a product from a physical sample?

Yes. Send us the sample and we'll reverse the construction, source equivalent or better materials, and produce a counter-sample for your approval. We reproduce your own designs — not other companies' branded products.

Customization & Private Label

Can you manufacture under my brand?

Yes — that is the majority of what we do. Woven labels, embroidery, printing, hang tags and retail packaging are all produced in-house to your artwork. See our Private Label & OEM page for the full process.

Will my designs stay confidential?

Yes. Your tech packs, patterns and artwork are used only for your production, are never shown to other clients, and custom developments are not added to our open catalogue. Exclusivity can be agreed as part of your order.

Can I customize a catalogue product instead of starting from scratch?

Absolutely — changing colours, materials, branding or details on an existing model is the fastest, lowest-minimum route to your own product.

Production, Quality & Shipping

What are your production lead times?

Lead time depends on order size, product and season, and is confirmed in writing with your quotation. The clock starts when the pre-production sample is approved — the process gates are described in the steps above.

How is quality controlled?

Production is certified and audited to ISO, CE, SEDEX and BSCI standards. Every stage — cutting, stitching, branding, finishing — is inspected inline, followed by a full pre-shipment check against your approved sample. You or your appointed inspection agency are welcome to inspect before dispatch.

Where are your products made?

Everything is manufactured in-house at our two factories in Sialkot, Pakistan — one of the world's leading centres for gloves and technical apparel — with no subcontracting.

How do you ship, and to which countries?

We export worldwide by sea, air or courier, whichever suits your order size and timeline. Samples and small orders travel express with DHL or FedEx; bulk orders move by sea or air freight. Shipping terms (commonly EXW, FOB or CIF) are agreed in your quotation, and full export documentation is provided — see our Shipping & Logistics page for the details.

How does payment work?

Typically by international bank transfer, with terms agreed transparently in your quotation before you commit. We never ask for payment details through this website.

What if something is wrong with the goods when they arrive?

Every order ships against an approved sample and passes final inspection, so genuine problems are rare — but if something is wrong, contact us with photos and we will put it right. We've kept clients for decades by standing behind our production.
