We are a B2B manufacturer. This website and our products are directed at businesses, brands, government bodies, forces and distributors. We do not operate a retail webshop, and nothing on this site constitutes a consumer offer. Prices are not published on the website — every quotation is prepared individually for a specific product, quantity and destination.

Product information

We work hard to keep the catalogue accurate, but product photographs, colours, specifications and descriptions on this website are illustrative and may be updated or improved over time. The binding specification for any order is the one agreed in writing in your quotation and confirmed by your approved sample — not the website listing.

Quotations and orders

• Sending an inquiry through this website is not an order and creates no obligation on either side.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation itself; prices, minimums and lead times are confirmed in writing before you commit.
• Bulk production begins only against a sample you have approved and a written order confirmation covering quantities, sizes, branding, packaging, price and delivery schedule.
• Changes requested after order confirmation may affect price and lead time; any impact is agreed in writing before we proceed.

Prices and payment

Payment is typically made by international bank transfer, with terms agreed transparently in your quotation before any commitment. Unless stated otherwise, quoted prices exclude taxes, duties and import charges in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. We never ask for payment card details through this website — if you ever receive a payment request that looks unusual, verify it with us directly using the contact details above before paying.

Samples

Sampling arrangements, including any sampling costs and courier charges, are agreed up front in your quotation. Approved samples define the quality standard for bulk production and are retained as the reference for pre-shipment inspection.

Production, delivery and risk

Lead times are confirmed in writing with your order and run from approval of the pre-production sample. Goods are shipped by sea, air or courier under the trade term agreed in your quotation (commonly EXW, FOB or CIF, Incoterms 2020); ownership and risk pass in accordance with that agreed term. We provide full export documentation with every consignment. Delivery dates are given in good faith — we will always tell you promptly if something outside our control (such as carrier delays or port congestion) affects your schedule.

Claims

Every order is produced against an approved sample and passes a pre-shipment inspection, so genuine problems are rare. If something is nonetheless wrong on arrival, notify us with photographs and details as soon as reasonably possible and we will put it right — by repair, replacement or credit as appropriate. Claims must relate to the agreed written specification and approved sample.

Your designs and intellectual property

• Tech packs, patterns, artwork and branding you supply remain your property. We use them only for your production, never show them to other clients, and do not add your custom developments to our open catalogue.
• You confirm that designs and branding you supply do not infringe anyone else's rights; we do not reproduce other companies' branded products.
• The content of this website — text, photography and design — belongs to True Trade Corporation and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order — repairing, replacing or crediting goods that fail to match the agreed specification and approved sample. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Buyers are responsible for ensuring products meet the regulatory requirements of their own market, based on the specifications agreed for the order.

You are welcome to browse, share links to and print pages from this website for business purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive volumes, or use our forms to send spam. How we handle personal data submitted through the site is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
